Time. That's the short answer, scars on the skin will diminish with time as new skin layers come to the top and on and on. There are also some masking products on the market that either just mask or do heal, I'm not sure. One is called Mederma.

use coca butter or this cream called mederma its a cream for scars. you can buy mederma at your local walmart.
Plastic Surgery
I was in a car wreck years ago. My mother's face was badly scared they said it wouldn't go away she would need plasic surgery.We didn't have the money. She started putting on vit E and A .She has not one scar. Then when I got pregnant I was told to put virgin olive oil on my stomach so I did.I didn't get stretch marks on my stomach but I did everywhere I didn't think to put it!
