my bestfriend was able to make it! it is through a combination of proper diet management and exercise. i have been "preaching" her style. what did she do? she did one hour of threadmill exercises everyday (except weekends). then she limited her diet to oatmeal and non fat milk and fruits and steamed veggies. she took small meals in between meals but mainly ate low fat crackers and fruits. she did not skip any meal. she took a lot of water and fresh juices. she rewarded herself each weekend by eating full meals but everything else in moderation. she also started taking the stairs. after she lost all the pounds/kilos she needed to, she is back to eating "normal" meals but all else in moderation. and she does threadmill at least four times a week. and she is now a "walk" and "stair" person. good luck!

yes it is possible. but you need to do exercises every day and watch out what you´re eating.

ofcourse it is possible.4 dis u need 2 do dieting, proper exercise & sometimes drugs may also help.

but as far as i know.it is not advisable to loose more than 5 kgs for a month. loosing more than 5 kgs is not good for ur health.

dont stress ur self too much.keep working out & u'll surely loose bt i suggest u to not to take risk of 10kgs.

Theoretically yes, but it's not healthy at all. 4 - 5 kg in a month is the upper limit healthwise.
Tell me, why do you want to do that? You woke up and decided you're 10 kg too heavy? And. did you get 10 kg heavier in ONE month? Why do you expect to lose MORE QUICKLY than you gained? Please be realistic.

Run 2 miles in a day. you will surely loose.
