I had one about 9 years ago (at 21 age). I was at the Statue of Liberty, it was really crowded and when I realized that I was at the stairs and that there were many people ahead of me and lots of people behind me I got panicked and started to hyperventilate, I couldn’t breath and I was sweating a lot.

I've had panic attacks since I was 16 and I am now 24. I get them atleast 3-4 times a month.
