How can I grow long nails besides Polish & Milk?!

Question:

Answers:
Eat two cups of yogurt (preferably Columbo Light) a day along with that daily cup of milk, and that excess Calcium intake and protein will go straight to your hair and nails. Well, my nails and hair were growing fastest during the period that I was consuming those items often. This method will also strengthen your nails. ODing on Calcium hasn't ever done any damage on me.and I normally eat a lot of dairy products.

Other Answers:
never go out and get a maid.

get finger nail hardner (kinda like polish)

Go to a beauty supply store, they have excellent products and they may even be able to advise you. I give myself manicures every two weeks. I treat my cuticles with oil and I clip them and I buff my nails and file them. Works wonders. :)

Take Gelatin pills or eat Jell-o

gelatin capsules

there r vitamines for that think.. i think they r called nail, hair & skin. ask the pharmacist b4 taking them

I think that most of those products are probably a scam. Most of it has to do with genetics. I don't do anything to my nails, and they are just naturally good. I don't even care about having long nails, but it's nice not to have to try hard.

go get some arlic nails put on the cover your nails which helps your nails grow price ranges from 25 to 30 on them but every two weeks u have to gets fill in which ranges from 15-20 it works i m doing it now and my nails r growing faster then i thought they would

you can take Follicure pills you can buy them at Sally's beauty suppy. They help your hair and nails grow. Also prenatal vitamins also even if you are not pregnat.

Take a good once-a-day multivitamin with Calcium and Vitamin E. It will take 6 weeks for your nails and hair to get better so be patient.

You can take Biotin pills. They will help your hair and nails grow. You can get them at any drugstore and even places like Walmart. They are little small white pills (about the size of an aspirin) so if you don't like taking meds it won't be that bad.
