vitamin C and oranges

I suck on zinc lozenges and the colds always go away. Or, maybe you have allergies or mold in your house or something like that. Wash your hands A LOT, too.

you just have to take medicine

Medicine- and if you have to- go see a doctor. If you don't want to do that, start taking vitamins daily and hoping that will lessen your chances of getting a cold. Vitamin C is a good source of Vitamin to prevent colds or Orange Juice

It seems like certain things will create a quick fix but to keep it from coming back try and take herbal supplements daily, things like Echinacea (sp) or a product called Anthroxene.

listen to your mother and put a hat on when it's cold outside.

you want a lot of vitamin c. You can get this from powder packages at drug stores or vitamin C pills or you can drink a lot of orange juice. You also want to stay away with milk or dary products because they can cause mucas that you don't want. Also eat a lot of fruit.
SOmething else that will work is warm tea and honey.works well with sore throatts and coughs

Also if you are repeadily getting colds. ask the doctor if getting your tonsils out will help.
