The best thing to do (given the short time frame) is to increase your water intake (which will make you hold less sodium and therefore less swelling).

Well since it is so late to get into shape you should accept who you are and have a great time. Pick a dress that will flatter you.

You should start a reasonable exercise program that will benefit you for the rest of your life. Yo Yo dieting does not work.

Well, it's not too late! Hurry up, and in SEVENTEEN:
start with a dress that makes you look less over wheight. Chances are, it's just fat cells, which don't cause too much of a heavy, as a matter of fact, your stuck with them. The ONLY way to lose them COMPLETELY is liposucktion. Look in issue MARCH 2006. Go to page 104 to get a toned body(PS: You can get issues from the editor for a small fee, but I don't know the fee). Next, eat right. Look in the ABS DIET book to get an idea of proper eating. Your all set for a toned body!

To lose weight ur best bet is to exercise. As long as ur moving ur burning calories. Just remember to take in calories too. If u don't ur metabolism will 'stall' and go into starvation mode and will slow down reducing ur energy level. Also remember to eat healthy.although u shud remember that weight loss shud be a commitment. U shud keep it up even after prom.
