How many calories is in semen?!

i was reading an article that got me thinking.how many calories is in semen?and is it healthy? i know this is kind of a nasty question..but i really am just curious.

Despite popular belief it is not mostly protein. it's mostly fructose and there are about 60 calories in the average male ejaculate. And no it is not unhealthy.

I doubt it is unhealthy, or there would be a bunch of dead women - probably just protein. I would not worry about it if you are on a diet.
