where can I shop for specially-sized bras?!

A lot of specialty stores carry the big or really small sizes, but in some cicumstances you may have to order online. It's not a weird size. I've seen it in some shops. Just look it up in your yellow pages.
ok ok..but u didnt tell us where u are? which country do u need to shop in? I have seen these sizes in normal high street stores in the UK.
Frederick's of Hollywood carries a nice selection of bras for us enhanced cup sized chests. You can find them in a lot of strip shopping malls, but google them because they also have a catalog. Victoria's Secret has a much more limited selection, but for DD and such a small chest circumfrence, you can find a few. Victoria's Secrets are usually only in malls, but they have a catalog and website.
Look online. Fredericks of Hollywood, Victoria's Secret (my personal favorite and I wear the same size). Any lingerie store, but that size is a little more difficult to find in your average department store unless you want something that looks like it belongs on a 90 year old

there's a few stores right hre in the phoenix area called CC's lingerie. there carry all kinds of sizes. look in the phoenix phone book for address.
