I also saw in the newspaper about the Vick's vapor rub. I tried it and it really works! Twice a day until they grow out right.

Vicks vapo rub. I know this sounds weird, but I saw it in a doctor's column in the newspaper and they said it really works.
Use Thyme essentail oil or stick a clove of garlic between your toes. And do not soak your feet in bleach water, that is severly toxic to you too!
No known home remedies, and not much hope in OTC remedies either. The problem is that the fungus lives under the nail and most topicals just don't get to it. There are a few prescription medicines, but most have some risks especially some which can cause serious or even life-threatening liver damage.
There may be some treatment which might work for you, but it will require an examination by a physician (to obtain Rx treatments), and all treatments usually take months to eliminate the fungus (if they work.)

Not sure// but you can get Lamisil now at Wal-Mart,, which use to be only by prescription,, and will clear it up,, from what I've heard,, really quick.
You may be able to get the store brand..
