i definitly think that you should see a doctor and stop sleeping with guys that you are unsure whether they have something or not. Always make sure who you are sleeping with because some day you might come back with AIDS other than an STD. Tell your doctor your problem and they would surely find a solution to your problem. If you only slept with one guy i suggest that you confront him about this and make sure that you use protection next time.

bad kidney infection if its an std its gotten out of control the doctor can give you a strong antibiotic and if you dont want to go to a regler doctor you know then you should deffenitly go to a free clinic which cost no money so no excuses go to the doctor and get treated

That happened to my son and it turned out he had a urinary tract infection which was cleared up with antibiotics.
please make a doctor's appointment as soon as possible..there is nothing else you can do.you will need medicine..good luck.:)
