Answers:
You should drink a bit of coffee. The strong, bitter taste along with the caffeine will stir you awake, but it isn't recommended to drink it often. You may become dependent on it as a source of energy (physically dependent).

It is possible you might be getting to much sleep. I is very important that you go to bed at the same time every night, get up at the same time every day. NO MORE THAN 8 HOURS of sleep a night. Also, if you don't drink enough water every day you get dehydrated. That will make you sleepy.

You may be going to bed early, But are you really getting a good night sleep? Do you toss & turn all night? Snore? Wake up at times trying to catch your breath? These are just a few sighns of sleep- apnea. Which you may have. Your Doctor can set-up a very easy sleep study for you. If it turnds out that you have some type of sleep apnea, They will provide a machine for you called a C-Pap. This machine blows continuous air into you while you sleep to help you breath. Once you have used the machine for a few days, And are use to it, You will see the difference! You will sleep more soundly, and wake up reguvinated.
