Ive woken up yesturday morning with left side stomach pain please help?!

pain on my left side about middleish,and missed 2 periods and abit of shoulder pain.its constantly hurts.

Hun you should seriously get a pregnancy test if you are sexually active if you aren't go to the doctor anyway because there is something defiantly wrong

go to your doctor you could be pregnant, gall stones, appendicitus, or have some sort of cancer see a g.p. now
There could be several things wrong. One thing might be are you on any kind of birth control? If so, your pills maybe bothering your stomach. If you have missed 2 periods there are a few things I would have the doctor rule out and they are as listed:
pregnant
hypothyroid
possible cyst on your ovaries
I have lived with that type of pain for a year and a half to no avail have they found out why. Things to check for however, pancreatitis, tubal pregnancy, enlarged spleen, stomache ulcer. Best not to guess but seek medical attention not that they know anything either Good Luck I know how frustrating pain can be
You need medical attention it could be a number of things all of which mean nothing coming from lay-people. Gallbladder does come to mind still you need to see a Doctor, especially if you are running a fever and the pain is intensifying, nauseous, vomiting etc.
