can i lose a paint or two size in 3 weeks?!

I'm assuming you meant "pant" size? Yeah, not easy, but simple. It's an ugly answer, but it's safe, legal, and actually healthy. RUN. Not on a treadmill either. Outside! Get in about 30 mins a day between now and then, and you will be pleasantly surprised.

It takes losing 10 pounds to drop one size.20 pounds to drop two sizes etc. No healthy way to drop 20 pounds in 3 weeks but 10 is definately something obtainable with proper diet and exercise.

Try cutting out sugar from your diet. I was amazed how much weight I lost by not drinking sodas and Starbucks.Drink lots of water-if you don't like it you can always add Crystal Lite to it. It has no sugar and it makes it taste better.Good luck.

cut out Dairy, drink the allotted amount of water a per day, (8 cups of an 8oz class), count you calories, no more then 1500 per day, 40 crunches, 40 jumping jacks per day, and absolutely no booze. By the time grad comes you should notice a change if you do those things.

one pant size should be attainable in that time frame, get out and walk/jog/run.do some weight training too(couple pounds in each hand)eat lots of raw veggies and drink lots of water too.avoid sweets for now but dont deprive yourself either, if you crave it, eat it just not alot.Stay active and you will shed the weight!

You could easily lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks. One way to do it is to go on Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet. You have to follow it strictly or it wont work. This would be my recommendation to you.

Another way to do it though, would be to follow the Hollywood Diet. That's a 48 hour diet and you could reasonably lose 7-10 lbs of water weight but it's not the greatest solution.

1: Exercise every day for at least 30 mins
2: Eat healthier foods, more fruits & veggies, and smaller portions
3: drink plenty of water!

im 14 too! trust me, exercise is one of the best things u can do!
