What causes dizzy spells? I've been dizzy for hours.?!

It is impossible to answer this without more info. There are many things that can cause dizziness but if you have any allergies or sinus issues than that is the likely cause at this time of year. You should really see your doctor because it could be something serious. Better safe than sorry.
