Strenghten your back. It's weak. I will suggest lying face down on the floor. Lift your upper body and lower body off the ground so only your mid-section is touching the floor. Go up and down about 24 times a day.(2 sets of 12). You can add weights by lifting 2 - 5 dumbells in each hand.
Do it 5 times a week.

Also do some crunches. Your stomach and back go hand in hand.
