Ok, tough one.systemic infections,
malignancy: brain tumors, hodgkins lymphoma. Endocrine: Phaeochromocytoma, throtoxicosis, carcinoid syndrome, diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Just throwing ideas around due to sweating complaint need to rule out. Bacterial, viral , glandular fever? I'm not familiar with infectious disease in Turkey are you turkish?
Tests: Rheumatoid factor/serological/autoantibod. O titre/ lumbar pucture/Gallium scan/ Renal bx/muscle bx/ ct/ ?lap if continues.
