Chol 200 mg/dl, TG 231, HDL 30, VLDL 46, ALT 76 U/L AST 201, GGT 116, CRP 21 , RF 9,5 AO 72, CA 47 ( NORMAL 27 ) and when repeated in another lab was 32,7 ( normal 37 ), pancreatic enzymes are normal, blood celle : PNL 25; STAB 1; EO none
; Lenfo 68; mono 5, bazo0 none, trombocytes enough, hypochromy, normocytic

Ok, tough one.systemic infections,
malignancy: brain tumors, hodgkins lymphoma. Endocrine: Phaeochromocytoma, throtoxicosis, carcinoid syndrome, diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Just throwing ideas around due to sweating complaint need to rule out. Bacterial, viral , glandular fever? I'm not familiar with infectious disease in Turkey are you turkish?

Tests: Rheumatoid factor/serological/autoantibod. O titre/ lumbar pucture/Gallium scan/ Renal bx/muscle bx/ ct/ ?lap if continues.
