are hard boiled eggs healthy or unhealthy?!

Question:
do they make you fat? easy 10 points!!1
Answers:
Hard boiled eggs are healthy. The yolks are high in cholesterol, but if you don't have a problem with cholesterol, you don't have to worry.

What makes the eggs fattening is what you add - mayonnaise in egg salad makes eggs a fattening food.

But just a boiled egg with a bit of salt - the best high-protein meal you can eat if you don't have time to prepare a meal.

Other Answers:
Boiled eggs are healthy. If you prefer to lessen any fat content than minimize the amount of yolk you eat.

They say eggs are bad for you one minute and good for you the next. So go figure. I say eat one or two and you should be just fine.

Eggs, however they are cooked, are an important part of a normal, healthy balanced diet.
Who, exactly, says they are unhealthy? Do they have medical/scientific qualifications?
As for their cholesterol content, dietary cholesterol is very different from blood cholesterol and it is the levels in blood that are important.
