well you could just make sure you dont eat any bad food like all the obvious things and make sure theres somthing green on your plate for lunch and dinner and then at breakfast some fruit and for a snack try an apple!
If you have a fairly active lifestyle then eat three meals a day that consist of the 4 main food groups and if you have to snack use fruits and vegetables. If you start to get something to eat and feel guilty about it DON'T DO IT!
