It is a callous. Go to Wal Mart and look in the pharmacy for callous pads.

Uh.callouses? Get a foot file (available in most cosmetic departments) and file them off, then put a really rich cream on them--they make special foot lotions for this. You will have to do this maybe once a week or so to keep them like that.
To be safe, Go to a poditrist and ask him the proper procedure.
well you can do one of two things go to the doctor and he will remove them or you could trim them off with a sharp blade it's only dead built up skin just dont trim down too deep
Callouses are toughened skin and I get it because I go bare foot all the time. I take care of mine by using the barrel sander of my dremel grinder. Just make sure that you do not sand off too much or you will have RAW feet instead of ROUGH feet.
