can stress cause red bumps on the penis?!

Recently i went to the Dr to check for STD. DR checked my penis and it seems fine. A day later, my penis was fine during the day when i checked, by night i noticed there are some red bumps on the head of the penis. It doesnt hurt or itch. But the only thing that im feeling weird is having diarrhea. Could it be that it's STD?

maybe you have an allergy to your laundry soap. and when you sweat it makes you r penis bump up.
It could be due to some contact allergy.
