if its allergies, get meds, if its because of u being overweght loose weight. there are nose strips to try.. if they don't work. u might need cpap. talk to ur doctor about that

Hi. My husband snored. He now used the breathe right strips. They have worked wonders for him. You might want to try them. You can find them at most any drug or grocery store. Good luck!

I've tried homeopathic remedies, those breathe right strips, sleeping propped up, taking Sudafed; nothing works. I am a bit overweight so I am working on that right now in the hope that I can lose some fat? which I must have on my upper palate which I believe causes the snoring. I refuse to resort to sleeping with one of those horrible machines you have to sleep with for Sleep Apnea which could also be a cause of snoring. I wish us both luck in finding an answer!
Have your doctor refer you to a sleep study. This way they can determine exactly what help you need. Usually you will be required to wear C-Pap Machine. This is a machine that allows you to breath in air while asleep. Sleep Apnea is caused by a deficet of air while asleep.
