does everyone eventually come up with something?!

it seems like as people get older they are more and more successible to health problems,both hereditary and through bad habits;smoking,drinking ect. does everyone eventually come up with something as they get older? and can a balanced diet and excersize regimine help against it?
Answers:
As we get older it gets harder for our body to fight off "health problems" You would need diet and exercise through out your life to help fight off health problems later. Then again, there some health problems that have nothing to do with age.But it is never too late to start to take care of yourself and see some benifits. MY grandma is 87 years old, she eats right and everymorning she wakes up at 6:30 do excerise, walk, or using an exercise video. She is in great health, but then again she has been doing that everyday since she was 60.

Well your body isn't so strong when you get older. Not everyone gets a disease or whatever, I know lots of old people who haven't! My mum's great aunt died when she was 103 of old age - she never had anything wrong with her!

If you eat healthily, exercise and don't get sucked into the bad habits like you mentioned then there's much less chance you will get ill!

Not neccessarily. It is true that more people do come up with something but if you were to avoid those you would safe. Best bet.become vegan adn eat only organic food.
SMOKING ALCOHOL DRUGS SOFTDRINKS INSTANTFOOD FASTFOOD.. all these things make us more vulnerable to come up with something. it weakens some part of our body. A balanced diet and exercise regimine will help. However if it is obesity or something that runs in the genes and family, then it will be a problem.

a balanced diet defintly helps and best is become a vegetarian not completly but reduce eating any meat to twice every month
