is there any food that needs to be avoided by a person suffering from blood pres!

Question:

Answers:
If you are high blood, let's talk about what you should do:
Go for high fibre diet, green and yellow vegetables. Tofu if you may;
Watch your intake. You may be overfed.
Exercise. Keep that booty moving;
And keep some Aspirin(Aspelet) handy.
Now,
avoid salty food. Salt has the tendency to retain water;
avoid anything fried, if you can, avoid anything prepared with fat;
Avoid too much sugar and carbohydrates. These turns into fats(reserved and burnable energy as needed) when not used;
Avoid too much meat. Get legumes and nuts for protein substitute.
You should also consult a dietitian to help you plan your diet. They would be the pro to be consulted for this matter.

If recommended by your doctor go FASTING.

I hope this helps.
