I got mine in the same oriental store where I bought my dress. Go to the mall, or even Payless. If you have to, get some satin dyables, and have them colored to match. Someone who specializes in shoe retail should be able to help you find a place that will dye them. You might ask about preventing dye transfer, thought it probably won't be such a big deal with the light color. I had green satin shoes for my stepbrother's wedding years ago, and they gave me green feet & pantyhose :-/
