I used Noxzema twice daily during middle and high school (continue to use it today). Not sure how quickly it will work, but once you are cleared it helps keep you that way. The product used is not really that critical. The important thing really is to wash your face at least twice daily and limit the amount of oily creams you use. The excess oil produced by your skin creates a breeding ground for bacteria which causes pimples.

The 3-step acne washes at Wal-Mart are pretty good but if you can spare a little more money, you should try and order ProActiv..that's the best acne stuff to use. Worked wonders for me.
