i need a good diet plan that i can control (what should i eat) no pills?!

Eat more fruits/vegetables and protein.

Cut down on refined sugar and minimize your bread intake.

For every 3500 calories you DON'T eat, you will lose 1 lb.
If you can find time to exercise (even just walking) 30 minutes a day you will lose 100 calories.

Between the calories you don't eat, and the calories you exercise off, you can lose 3 lb a week with hardly any effort!

Depends on what you're attempting to do. Diet does not just mean lose weight. There are specific diets regarding various things such as weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, or to just stay toned.

Pills definitely are not the answer considering most of them have misleading adds in which they say the pill makes you lose weight. Now that might be true, but they do not tell you how it works. The majority of the weight loss pills or supplements either increase your metabolism, which is not as bad as others, or make you feel like you are not hungry. In other words, you're starving yourself without really feeling it.

what you should do is just learn to limit yourself. i started just doing like weight watchers without actually doing it and i lost like 12 lbs in the 1st 2 weeks! it was really great! but then i slacked off and now i'm gaining it back! so just limit your fatty foods, eat all your meals, have a healthy snack, drink lots of water, and stick to your plan! oh and no diet pills b/c then your cheating your way out of actually feeling good about losing the weight. hope i helped!

Drink a glass of water before every meal - that helps curb your appetite.

Double up on your veggies and take 1/2 the usual amount of meats and cheeses, and always leave at least one bite of everything on your plate.

For snacks, keep crunchy stuff like celery and carrots - the crunch is very satisfying where softer foods are not.

This is slow, but sure. You can lose up to a pound a week this way.

I started looking at food as fuel for the body and looking at my stomach size being like my fist- I eat off a saucer instead of a normal plate and fresh fruits and veggies for snacks(they seem to take care of the sweet cravings). Drink plenty of water, I have also been drinking 1 cup of skim milk with my meals- it's been doing real good for me.

don't get caught up in all the no-carb junk.
eat whatever you're hungry for, in sensible amounts. don't go all day without eating then eat a big dinner-spread out the calories so you can burn them off quickly.
drink more water. if you want something sweet, eat jello not chocolate. also, when you grocery shop, don't give in buying something on a urge, or you will regret it.

You can try this Diet. My Dr. recommeneded to me called Medifast. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism.
