is chili healthy?!

i love chili, but i am curious about how healthy it is for me.. i know it has fiber and that complex carbs are good for me also,but are there other health bennefits? i like nally brand the best. i start the day off with a big bowl of chilli,coffee and vitamins.

Chili Alot of protein. beans are really good for you, this is probly in atkins because everything thats in chili "red beans, meat,vegetables" can be consumed on that diet, so its most definately a viable food. goods carbs, good protein. if you wanna go all the way, or else try something like Turkey Chilli, with a good work-out regime its very good.
