There was an indian swami who held his arm straight up for 30 years. After the 1st month, it was a moot point since the joint was frozen like that anyway.

Yes, you can have a facial paralysis, called bell's palsy. BS is a "temporary" facial paralysis resulting from damage or trauma to one of the two facial nerves. My nephew has it and it looks like one side of his face is stuck in one position. to you your words.
