Where it happens is not really an issue. Many younger kids just don't develope their bladders as quickly as others. Even if it is just "nerves" wetting the bed is not actually "Normal". If it is a matter of an under developed bladder it may resolve itself as you grow. However, an underlying medical condition could be at the root of the problem. Only you know how often, what age you are, etc and can take proper action, whether telling parents or taking your self to the Doctor.

If it is an underdeveloped bladder, and you are wetting either just at friends or at home as well sometimes, there are some things you can do. (I have a small bladder and wet the bed occassionally untill I was nearly ten). If at a sleep over, don't drink any liquids four hours before bedtime. This gives you time to make sure most or all of your liquid intake during the day has gotten to your bladder and had a chance to void out by going to the bathroom. If at home don't drink two hours before bedtime. Another tip, (but you may not be able to do this at a sleepover which is why I say the four hour not drinking at the sleepovers) Set an alarm for about midnight or so to wake you up to go to the bathroom. Sometimes sleeping really soundly you won't wake up to go to the bathroom and then wet the bed. Have you ever dreamed you were going to the bathroom and then wokeup to find you wet the bed? I use to. Also, when you spend the night you can use those pullup things under you jammies. I wish I had them when I was a kid. I hope these things help. sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite! :-)

it depends on your age (0-10) are just neves. if your older, talk to a doctor.

If that is the only time you have this problem, it is not normal. Got to figure this out or you won't be invited back to sleep over.
