Because we live in a society that believes that a person's outward appearance reflects thier personality. Pedafiles never look mean, and are often well known as a "Nice Guy". Like wise, a guy that looks like a bum may actually be a very nice person. People would rather spend 2 seconds forming ideas about a person instead of actually talking to them to figure out what thier like.
Why do so many people ask why people ask stupid questions?
Insecurity maybe.
Because a lot of people tend to be concerned with trends and would never dare wear anything that was "out of style".
So many girls are trendy these days. you can't go to the mall without seeing at least 5 girls wearing the same outfit.
People will wear something if it's in fashion, even if it makes them look like hell.like gauchos. lol.
