So, 5-10 weeks. Increase the deficit and increase the weight loss while reducing the time it takes to lose it.

Oh, and the Slim Fast isn't really a factor, unless it replaces a normal meal of greater calories, creating the aforementioned calorie deficit.

Ideally you should lose 1-2 pounds a week. In the beginning sometimes' you will lose 5 pounds' quickly, but, for best results', taking it off slowly will increase your chances' of lost weight for good.

just work out like hell one or two days i lost 5 pounds in two hours.trust me though its miserable.by the way if that all you want to lose you not fat.if you want to lose 50 pounds your fat.

It depends on so many things that it's impossible to predict how quickly any individual will lose weight. But most experts recommend a rate of 1-2 pounds per week.

Honestly that stuff you can actually gain weight on.Quit now dont waste any more money on that.I know for a fact my wife and her friend's took hydroxycut it is kinda like a low form of speed and if tooken on empty stomache it will cause your hands to shake.so eat first and take it for about two weeks go on a little walk every day and do a few exercises.nothing work's completly by itself except illeagle drug's you dont want that.also stay away from pasta and bread type thing's.good luck!

I am not sure how long the slim fast takes ..but I came across a patented bar called " Access" last year. I have been using it with much success also introduced it to some people who lost a lot of weight in a short time. It helps counteract the energy sapping effects of adenosine. It also boosts energy levels by helping your body access fat. It minimizes fatigue; reduces lactic acid buildup and increases muscle fiber recruitment. It was developed by a physiologist Dr. Larry Wang. Let me know if you want more details on this.

Instead of spending money on slim-fast, any diet without processed sugars is sure help shed pounds and pretty quickly. Eat salad (dark greens like baby spinach) with just balsamic vinegar and olive oil, raisins and nuts and some lowfat cheese. Just make sure you nutrition is balanced, fruits and veggies, and no sweets!! Oh yeah no chips, but I do eat baked doritos on occasion. The only catch is that you have to do some working out to burn the excess. I walk for at least 45 min. every day and then do crunches while I watch TV. I find that if I do crunches while I watch TV, I forget that I am even working out and I end up doing so many cruches that I quit counting. Then you should take a shower! I also like to do pilates sometimes (especially is it is too hot for my walk), and I make sure I do all of this right after I get home from work so that I don't crash on the sofa and skip working out completely.

to lose 5lbs. or more in two weeks do the following:
1.in the morning stretch your legs and back then walk 3 miles.
2.cool down then drink one to two glasses of water.
3.shower.
4.for breakfast eat 1/2 grapefruit with sweet and low, 1 banana, 1 toasted english muffin with substitue butter, 2 eggs anyway you like them (use pam), and 2 pieces of turkey bacon.
drink a glass of water.
5.boil 6 eggs for later.
6.drink one to two glasses of water.
7.for lunch eat a salad (with vegetables) with chicken or tuna using vinagrette dressing. no croutons, no olives, no artichokes, no bacon bits, no bread,and no crachers. 1/2 canalopue for dessert. drink a glass of water.
8.the rest of the afternoon drink 1 to 3 glasses of water.
9.for dinner (finish eating before 7:00 p.m.) eat 1 piece of baked or grilled fish or skinless chicken breast. then choose 2 of these vegetables:
1.steamed or boiled broccoli or brussel sprouts.
2.steamed or microwave heated mushrooms (bottled ones are okay but drain the liquid and replace with water). do not cook in butter.
3.italian spinach
4.turnip greens (not cooked in bacon and sugar)
5.cooked green beans(do not cook with bacon, salt free will be better)
you can add sliced tomatoes,red onions,cucumbers,and bell pepper with vinagrette dressing. i recommend this as a filler. no cheese, croutons,etc. this is in addition to your meat and 2 vegetables.
1 sliced apple and 1 sugar free jello for dessert.
drink at least 1 glass of water.
if you get a real food craving around 9-930 p.m. eat you 2 boiled eggs. do not salt but you can use pepper.

do this for 2 weeks, it works.
note:
the reason for drinking so much water, is the water will remove the sodium which makes you hold water.
the exercise will do the trick(walk with a brisk pace but don't run).
stay away from frozen foods especially lean qusines. frozen vegetables in the package is better than the can. if using canned vegetables either buy salt free or drain the liquid from the can rinse with cold water then cook the vegetables water. pepper to taste or cavendars salt free greek seasoning to taste.
try to fing cavendars salt free greek seasoning for salads, meats and vegetables.
limit yuouself to 1 diet coke a day and 1 glass of tea (lemon is okay) day.
no bread,crackers,fried food,sweets,ice cream,yogurt,chips,pickles,oli. beans,pinto beans, sweet potatoes,pork,beef,candy,fries.
beer,cookies,biscuits,dips,bak. beans,slaw with mayo,salad dressing,cheese, fish sandwiches,salsa,cakes,pies,pu. dogs,squash, ketchup,grapes,watermelon,pear. melon,peachesetc. mayonaisse,fruit salad,etc.

other foods that are okay: 1 orange a day, mustard, garlic, garlic powder, black pepper, egg whites, red bell pepper, any onions, asparagus, boiled cabbage, carrots, celery, tuna fish with mustard, chicken salad with mustard, cole slaw without mayo,zucchini,and turnips.
check with your doctor first.

Slimfast has alot of sugar & Carbohydrates. It really doesn't work unless you are morbidly Obese and not used to eat small meals. Here is what worked for me. My Dr. recommended the Medifast Diet. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours. You lose weight quickly and healthy with very little execise. I lost 26 lbs. so far.
