well to get rid of ponds you need a pump or you need to dig a trench just make sure it goes downhill away from where the ponds are.

Drain the ponds, and fill the holes with a mixture of sand and gravel.

If you drain and fill 2 ponds each day, that will make 10 ponds by the end of your goal.

You will have some angry ducks and frogs though.

The only real way to that is if you lose it all as body fluid. Take diuretics, drink lots of water and purge. Not eat anything - if you do that you'll probably lose lean muscle mass and go into shock from dehydration and loss from all the salts.

All in all I dont recommend it.

I can't believe you even own 10 ponds. I suppose you could always drain them. But seriously, if you don't mind sacrificing long term health, drink a ton of water, vomit up a few meals, and take your vitamins.

ps. brush your teeth immediately after vomiting.

Well.the human body is made up mostly of water, so if you don't drink for 5 days then you can lose 10 pounds easy, but you'll be so dehydrated that you'll probably wind up in the hospital.
If you want to lose fat, then it's safest to shoot to lose 1 or 2 pounds a week. A pound of fat is worth 3500 calories. If you burn 500 calories through exercise everyday, you'll lose a pound in a week. (keep in mind that 500 calories is a lot of exercise--probably about a 4 mile run!). At the same time, if you cut your calories back by 500 everyday, you'll lose a second pound of fat. You can't cut your calories too far back, however, or your metabolism will shut down and you won't be able to lose any weight. If you're a woman, don't go below 1200 calories a day, 1500 if you're a man.
