Being in the barracks and living in such close quarters means it could be any number of things. To me it sounds like the flu and I know I'm really not answering your question but I hope you feel better.

One of the things you can do to help prevent the spread and return of the virus is to spray everything with Lysol or other anti bacterial spray.

Your doctor should treat you with antibiotics, its a virus its stays thier until all of you are finished.Imean has got that bugs.Just drinks lots of water so you wont get dehydrated, get outside and do some stuff and dont think about it.It will stop eventually. And then have rest if you feel dizzy or not feeling well in bed. Then go out and smell the fresh air and go for a walk.Try lemon grass boile small amount of it maybe 2 sticks of 3-4 cups of water.Descourages the spread of contagious disease particularly infections such as sore throats, laryngitis and fevers.toning effect on muscles, relieves pain, Clears headaches ,fatigue .

If you want to keep yourself healthy take colloidal silver 500ppm half tsp everyday it kills over 650 types of viruses,
bacteria, yeasts and fungi and its been used for centuries.
