Is there anything i can take to increase muscle mass that is ok for a 16 yr old!

i would like to increase my muscle tone in a short amount of time (about three months)? Something not to expensive and ok for someone my age to buy.

To increase tone, lift light weights lots of reps. To increase bulk, lift heavy weights in fewer reps and increase protein intake.

Don't lift for more than 3 days a week.

nothing like that is ever okay, it can cause liver problems in the longrun. just exersize alot. do not, my uncle might die because he took that just that is said to be healthy. but those drugs havent gone through the health department that are at health stores so they havent checked to see if they are poisenous or not! do NOT NOT NOT take them!

yes! go on a low-fat deit with lots of protein in it! you can use protein shakes but make sure you lift weights daily and dont workout same muscles everyday!

eat lots of lean protein and lift every other day.
