Whats the best amount of pushups to do each night?!

i like doing pushups, but i dont noe how many i should do each night.

Start low and buildup. Always work on alternating days so muscle and grow. Start with 10, then 20, 50, etc until you find your max. Slowly the numbers will even out and you will know your goal.

For a very long time I did ten a night and it helped build a little definition. Start off low, like ten, and gradually build up to 30 or 40.

start of with a low amount of pushup then finally building up with more every other day. if you aren't feeling sore the next day u didn't do enough. remeber the muslce needs time to grow so u need to take a day off, so that the muslce can get stronger.
