why would a healthy woman be losing weight without trying. All tests prove nothi!
i have lost 40 pounds without changing anything
That happened to me. I don't question it, I just accept it. I just looked at it that my metabolism sped up a little bit.
dont complain some of us try and do not suceed
could it be hormonal?
I'd say if I were you and I have had tests done and nothing was wrong. I wouldn't worry about it! Many women would LOVE to be you right now!!
I'm so envious right now!
I would LOVE to have that problem
diabetes? Thyroid? I'd get retested if you haven't changed anything.
Slight rise in thyroid hormone. Your doctor hasn't done the right tests. You need to have your TSH tested (thyroid stimulating hormone). Go see an endochrinologist. Hyperthyroidism can kill you, and usually it is not detected until serious damage has been done.
ummm.i would insist on more tests.its not normal to loose weight w/out trying. ask your doctor to see a specialist.maybe an endocronoglist (sp?). they specialize in hormomes and will test you for diabetes, thyroid, pcos, etc.
If you're losing weight, you've either decrease your intake or increased your output. Many reasons, some serious. Better to consult your doctor. I experienced the same thing when I slipped into a deep depression.
My weight goes back and forth and I don't always know why. It's normal for me. You don't have to try to loose or gain at times it just happens.
What is Natural Weight Loss?
In laymans terms, Human Growth Hormone or HGH is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland (master gland which promotes linear growth). The pituitary gland is located in your head, below your brain. HGH production occurs largely in our youth, coming to a peak in our 20's. After our 20's, a slow decline of HGH production naturally occurs. Generally speaking, by the time we reach and pass the age of 40, our bodies are producing sub-optimal amounts of HGH.
Id see a different doctor. Insist on different tests or retests. There is something wrong. Perhaps diabetes?
If your ca-125 and TB tine is negative and TSH is normal, then just try making a TRUE log of what you really eat in a 24 hour period. You might find your too busy to eat, or filling up on sodas instead of meals. This is especially important to make sure you are getting the right nutrients for what your body needs now.
You didn't say what time frame you lost the 40 lbs in. 1 month, 1 year? Over 15 lbs in 3 months is cause for concern.
Sudden weight loss is a big deal..especially if unexplained..see the doc and be sure to tell him/her if you a bulimic.
Hey now.. I have to go to the gym 6 days a week to accomplish what you did! I am sooo jealous! But I am getting to where I am happy. but I have to work at it! Don't complain! Be happy! Enjoy it! Lucky!
