i want to go on a strictly yorghurt diet mixed wid fruits will i lose weight?!
Your calorie content has to be at least 1200 in order to lose weight. Anything less than that will slow your metabolism and actually cause you to retain weight. I wouldn't recommend it unless you plan on eating buckets of yogurt.
if you exercise but you might want to add more protein to your diet in order to lose weight faster.
You might get malnutritioned and starve to such a point that you have zero energy.
certainly not. as youghurt contains fats! and fats will certainly invrease the possiblity of ure weight to increase
yes you would lose weight, unfortunately you will also lose your strength. the protein in the yoghurt is not enough to compensate for the lack of other foods in your diet. a well balanced diet is still the best, or if you really want a good diet, try a low or no-carb diet.
Put shortly, Yes. But it would be extremely unhealth loss. You MUST have food from each category. Your body needs the other nutrients to surive while you lose the weight. Try exercising.
YOU NEED TO EAT A VARIETY OF FOODS YOGHURT AND MIXED FRUIT WON'T GIVE YOU ALL YOUR BODY NEEDS TRY EATING A BIT OF EVERYTHING IN MODERATION DRINKING ALOT OF WATER AND EXERCISE IF YOU DID GO ON THIS DIET YOU WOULD END UP SUFFERING FATIGUE AND CONSTIPATION TO MUCH DAIRY AIN'T GOOD FOR THE BOWELS
no. theres no way you can only have fruit in the whole day, fruits have sugar and can get you fat n never lose weight. plus you need protein, vitamin E,A,B,C and etc..
If you only eat yogurt and mixed fruits you will lose weight. As a matter of fact if you ONLY ate chocolate everyday you would lose weight. It's called a mono-diet, where you only eat one type of food. It's not very good for your body but you will lose the weight.
First you need to drink plenty of water, and add the protein also. Exercise and no giving up.
Yogurt excellent calcium source, but to restrict intake to just that is not a good idea. Protein/fiber helps to lose weight better. Eating 6 small meals and drinking at least eight 8oz glasses of water/day. Just walking helps to lose weight.
One pound equals 3500 calories. A standard diet consists of 2000 daily calories. If you can manage to shave 500 calories from that (3500 weekly total) a day, then you will lose one pound per week without adding exercise.
Any time you increase your caloric expendeture and decrease your caloric intake, you will lose weight. It's simple mathematics. Make sure, though that you mind your nutrition. For a balanced nutritional intake, you should be taking in 40% protein, 30% carbohydrates, and 30% fats.
Remember that your body needs fat to survive. It uses fat as a quick energy source and to store much needed water. Also remember that Proteins and Carbohydrates are 4 calories per gram while fat is 9 calories per gram.
A good suggestion to boost your metabolism to burn off more fat is to eat 6 small meals every two to three hours as opposed to 3 larger meals through the day. You will shrink the size of your stomach, meaning that less food will fulfill you and you will program your body to always be burning fuel (i.e. food)
