I have a problem, it all started a week ago when I got drunk at a party and slept with a man. Now I have this wierd pustule on my genitals. Can someone tell me the best way to remove it myself? I'm too embarassed to see a doctor or tell my wife.

I work at an std clinic, and see people who have tried to "remove" things and end up doing some real harm to themselves.
Just go see a doc.

Listen guy this is your manhood you are dealing with. Don't mess around with this yourself, you need to see a physician. It could be something as simple as an abscess that is totally unrealted to your interlude or it could be herpes. Either way you need to seek medical attention.
As for your wife, wait until you are seen by the doctor. If it is nothing and you don't want to have another interlude then there is no reason for her to know. Why upset over this? But if it is something like herpes that will never go way, then you probably need to let her know so she doesn't contract it then sue you for giving her an STD.
