The above answer is excellent, I just want to add that the reasons for congestive heart failire need to be treated and this may mean a change of diet as well using prescribed medications. We see a lot of CHF in chronic respiratory disease..so a hyperbaric chamber frequently cannot be "the" answer in a cure and may well be dangerous if used when certain conditions exist.
