I don't think so. My hygenist told me that eventually those things would wear our your anamel and you'll end up with a bigger problem.

Do you mean which? Not witch.what you wrote was the witch like at halloween.

yes they really do work
just get the regular crest white strips they work great
and then follow with a crest whitineing toothpast.

I'm using one and i seems to work: crest premium whitening strips

i think crest white strips works OK..

Use a wire brush and dettol

i actually liked crest whitening strips..the one week one..and anyway.oh well.about the enamel..thats the price one pays to look beautiful and have nice pearly whites!! lol..but yea i say get that..it works!!

Try them. Everyone has their own color shades for their teeth, so not everyone will get the same results. It can't hurt. Crest Whitestrips are like $20.
You can also try Remebrandt toothpaste with peroxide for whitening.

They do work and don't listen to the first answer you got. I'm sure she's got pearly browns. The best one is crest white strips and they do work. Heard that from the experts.

Yes, I believe it's called Crest Whitening PREMIUM. It worked for me really well. But my mom just gave me some great uses of peroxide recently; she suggests I hold peroxide in my mouth for about ten minutes a day (in the shower) for cheap whitening tricks. I've been doing it for about a week now and there's a noticeable difference. But the Crest Premium Whitening Strips works a lot faster.

I personally don't use them, I prefer good toothpaste!

Many of the products are very harsh, you need to read and understand the instructions!

Some will damage dental work.
Some will only help with certain type of staining.
Many contain chemicals which may have adverse side effects, they can be very difficult to use without ingesting some.
Some need to stay in place without saliva contact for 15 to 30 minutes.

I would suggest milder versions that are used for two to four weeks if you really must, then maintain regular rinse/brushing/floss to keep clean and healthy.
