how can i have nothing in mind from work when i get back home?!

Question:

Answers:
it means you are over-stressed and unhappy about your workplace.
i bet you also go to work with no feelings .. and when you drink your morning coffee you look at the clock and think "man .. this is gonna be a long day"

sollution
#1 .. try talking to your hr managers about your problem ..maybe some motivational programs will help: trainings. salary increasa.. holidays . etc etc

#2 talk to a job councilor .. fill out the tests and find out if your job fits your talent .. and of not .. find another job

#3 find a hobby .. make boats in bottles .. castelf of matchsticks .. i dunno .. but this one keeps the job on 2nd or 3rd plan

basicly .. the things a serious employer (that cares for his employees) takes in attention:
the balance of each employee :
workplace (job description .. the people in the office .. self motivation .. the mood in the office .. job quantity ..and anythign in this part)
money (how much you earn .. if it is a real balance between what money you make for the company and how the company respects you by motivating you - only financial - salary/meal tickets/payed holidays/etc)
presonal life (interest pr aparent interest of the employers or your bosses; respecting the work hours .. etc)

if these 3 are in balance .. the employer has a happy employee ..
try to find out which one of those don't work
(if its the cash .. 90% of the employers are very reticent to that .. and probably very hostile to the problem).. try talking to an experienced HR manager and he`ll give you a coherent sollution

hope it helps

One must learn the ability to leave work at work. If it was meant to be brought home, it would be called homework. Seriously.

watch tv, get a book, eat, read the paper.. got lots of things you can do to get your mind of from work unless you work in a stiptease club or sumthin'..

It needs practicing aloofness. A proverb says 'GOD give me the courage to change the things (for the better) that I can, God also give me the courage to accept the things that I can not change and serenity to understand the difference between both!'. If you are too involved and things are not going your way, as most of the times they will, you constantly keep thinking about it and reach home with your problems. Meditate dear friend and learn to come out of that! Best Wishes!

you mean to say, you carry your work pressure and tension always in your mind. From my personal experience, I would advie you to work not more than 8 hours a day. After office hours, dont stay back in the office. Go and meet some people. In this way you can relax yourself, and it will improve your work eficinecy too.

I read this email once:

I was visiting my friend after work. He had this frown in the face so we didn't make any conversation. We took a bus and alighted at his stop. He walked up to this tree that was in front of his house and touched it. His face changed instantly, he was no longer frowning.

Surprised, I did not ask him anything as it was none of my business. Since we had not met up for a long time, I spent the night at his place.

The next morning, he went to the tree again and touched it. Curious, I asked him why. His reply, "This is my worry tree. I hang my worries there every night. The next morning when I take them from there, the problems don't seem to be so difficult after all."

Problems can be solved. Don't bring them back home and put a black face when you go home. When you wake up refreshed from a good night's sleep, you may have a solution for that sticky situation you thought was too tough to solve.
