I am really depressed. what should i do?!

That really depends on what the source of your depression is, if you feel like beating up someone you should really watch some cartoons. The best place to start right now is with happy tree friends.
But if you feel like beating yourself, DO NOT STAY ALONE! Pick up the phone and call a friend right now! Meet with him and go eat a sandwich and drink a Coke! If that does not work I will give you my address and you can come and beat me up!

Depression is a sickness and should be treated in the same way you treat all other sicknesses by going to a doctor. After you have been diagnosed with depression you must make an appointment with a psycologist wich will help you to find the reason you why you got depressed in the first place, and he/she will help you to overcome that fear or loss. Good luck with the recovery, because you already started with the treatment(realizing that you have a problem). In the meantime get a hobby and start excercising that is really good for someone with depression although you won't always feel up to it.
