All depends on your figure. If you're petite, then I'd say that is just perfect, a nice little handful, and there are so many things I can do with that ;-)

I was 34B before i got my boobs done but i have a nice butt. I am now a 34D. But from going to before and after. I noticed before that guys focused on my butt a lot. They would always check it out, some stare, other's glance and a lot of double takes. Now that my boobs are bigger i noticed that they look all over and stare for a while. My point is men will zero in on what they think is your best feature. 34B is about an average size, it just depends if it's proportioned to the rest of your body.
depends on your height. if you are short and your boobs are C or D, it's. weird!
My dear at my age (44), any woman with two legs and a heartbeat is fine with me! The heartbeat is optional! Seriously dear 34B is just fine. Be happy with yourself. I have seen all sizes and honestly I look beyond that. In a true love realtionship that would not matter. Besides, anything over a mouthful is wasted anyway!
It depends on the rest of your body proportions. 34B can look big on one person but small on another. Also, I've been told that a lot of guys like no more than a handful.
