Im having a hard time exactly finding my pc muscle or w.e im not good at penis parts i guess like when they say its by ur anis or something i got confused can someone please help me how to locate the pc muscle thing

Not true. Men have them, and they are worth finding, because they support the internal organs. The full name is the pubococcygeus muscle. It will inadvertently get used during other exercise, but you can practice stopping your urine flow to get the feel.

I'm pretty sure the PC muscles are found in the vagina and are used in giving birth and such. Although men probably have them somewhere they will almost certainly be redundant like male nipples and not really worth finding.
