Don't just ask her out of the blue. Start talking to her and let her know you are trying to be her friend before you ask her out.
Find out why she doesn't like you (or do you know?) and then try to fix the reason that she "hates" you for.

Well, if she really does hate you now, it would probably not be a good idea to ask her out. Maybe you could just let her know that you want to be friends again and you'd like to hang out.
She probably doesn't hate u , some girls play hard to get. But just ask one of her friends that u can trust, she likes u .If she doesn't just move on she isn't good enough for u.
