Oatmeal! It's good for the heart =D but not quite tasty.. you could add something sweet though.. like sugar!
Man I tell you what I love thats really fast to make and its fairly healthy, try a peanut butter and banana sandwich with a glass of apple juice! It hits the spot and gives you energy throughout your day!
i would have to say definetly fruit..for morning, evening and night..its healthy and quick..and believe me it tastes sooo goood
