Is there an easy way to loose atleast 10 lbs. in a month?!

I would like to loose weight in my stomach, thighs, and my butt. I only want to loose 10 pounds maybe not even that. I am going to Nevada and will be spending a lot of time at the beach so I want to look decent in a bathing suit

To tell you the truth I don't know but it all depends on your body and how it function. But it can be like a breeze in the wind or one of your hardest goals. But work out.

Exercises would be probably the best and to cut out all junk food from your diet as well as fast food. However not saying that you should eat like an anorexic but just consume wholesome foods that are lower in preservatives and saturated fats. As mentioned before the key is exercise, to loose wait you have to burn more than you consume in a day, do workouts that focus on stomach thighs and the glutes. Do high repetitions. Also to keep this off it becomes more of a life style change really than a quick fixer upper. Because a person can easily loose 10 lbs of water weight in five days but that just comes back and is not something one can keep up. So stick with a healthy lifestyle in general and you'll drop pounds and keep them off.

the subway diet. drink lots of water, watch ur fat gram in take. alot of people say to watch ur calories..i find that if u pick one to watch.whether it be calories, fat, sodium, etc., watching just one helps to understand a diet better and easier for you to know what u can and cannot eat. good luck
