Go to the Wal Mart vision center and ask them. They will do it right there for free. Just don't tell them that you didn't buy the glasses from them. They never ask me, though I do buy my glasses there.
there are kits you can buy like at a local drugstore or something. or you can just take it into an optometry office and have them fix it.
if a nose peice falls off you carefully fix the position and super glue it. If a screw falls out try to find it or go to a glasses department store place and get a new screw. If the glass pops out carefully put it back in and screw it so it doesn't fall out again.

you can always go to a professional eye doctor and get him/her to fix it
Just take it to any opticians they will fix it free of charge
