You can get HIV from blood or semen (***) which means if you have even the slightest cut in your mouth and he ejaculates in your mouth you CAN get HIV.not to mention several other STD'S like Herpes. Not fun.protect yourself by making him wear a condom.

It depents. If the person is HIV positive then you can contract HIV from him. If he ejaculate in your mouth the possibility increases. Always let him wear a condom and better yet don't have sex with strangers in any way which include viginal, oral, or anal sex, or better yet abstain from it untill marrage.
