Unless the skin is really stretched very badly it should be fine. After time your skin should shrink back. It is very elastic especially if you are young.

Been there, Done that! Lost over 200 pounds and the tattoo I got in memory of my sister looks awful. Don't do it unless it's something that won't get smaller, like maybe a toe or ankle. Although my shoe size went from a 7 to a size 6?
If you get loose skin it will be saggy looking.
Probably depends on the location. I had a medium size tattoo done 6 years ago on my chest, above my breast. Since then have lost 135# and the tat is not distorted at all.
